Dr George Bethimoutis is the Founder and Medical Director of Derma Lab Clinic, a doctor-led medical and aesthetic clinic in central London. He is a board-certified dermatologist with a special interest in advanced aesthetic dermatology, providing natural, balanced, and evidence-based treatments for skin rejuvenation, anti-wrinkle and personalised aesthetic care.
Dr Bethimoutis combines his aesthetic expertise with extensive NHS dermatology experience, treating a wide range of medical skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer.
He trained at leading university hospitals in Greece and the UK, including London and Cambridge, and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc), and Medical Doctor (MD) degree, reflecting a strong foundation in scientific research and clinical excellence.
He is also a specialist in injectable treatments and skin boosters, and has developed a reputation for subtle, patient-tailored aesthetic results. By combining medical dermatology and aesthetics, Dr Bethimoutis provides a patient-focused approach to skin health, prioritising safety, long-term wellbeing, and natural outcomes.
Outside of medicine, Dr Bethimoutis enjoys teaching and mentoring medical students and junior doctors, and in his personal time, he is passionate about tennis, travel, and exploring new culinary experiences.
Maria is the Co-Founder of Derma Lab Clinic and leading facialist, specialising in results-driven, personalised facial treatments. With over 20 years experience in luxury skincare and facial treatments, she is known for her attentive, client-focused approach, where every facial combines indulgent relaxation with visible, lasting results.
Maria built her expertise working in some of London’s most prestigious environments, including Harrods with Crème de La Mer, and managing the spa at Third Space in The Marylebone Hotel, delivering luxurious 5-star client care to a discerning, high-profile clientele.
Maria works alongside consultant dermatologist Dr George Bethimoutis, together developing personalised treatment plans that enhance skin health, radiance, and confidence.
Maria provides bespoke facials in a calm, private, and restorative environment. Drawing on more than two decades of experience, she delivers results-driven treatments that restore skin health, enhance radiance, and leave clients feeling confident and truly cared for.
