Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans change and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. To effectively accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes. In the event that adequate notice is not provided, a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of your treatment will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Punctuality and Courtesy:
Please aim to arrive on time for you scheduled appointment arriving late may interfere with your treatment. Upon arrival check in with the receptionist and complete any consultation form in advance of your arrival.

Things to be aware of prior to treatments:

For Facial treatments Please refrain from using active ingredients or retinol 7 days prior. Avoid facial shaving or facial waxing for 48 hours prior to your facial treatment.

We cannot perform any treatments in first trimester of pregnancy.
